About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to support our sales team and maintain our digital presence. This role is the operational backbone of our sales function — you'll manage critical reporting, maintain our quote and project databases, coordinate website updates, and create sales collateral.

You'll work closely with our Sales Team, Operations, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless information flow and accurate data across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Operations & Reporting (40%)
    Generate and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports (quote reports, expiration tracking, pipeline  analysis)
    Process quote requests and revisions in NetSuite
    Maintain and update multiple databases: Quotes Database, Cordell, Project Database, Project Register
    Coordinate project information across teams via Google Drive
  2. Data Management & System Administration (25%)
    Perform daily data entry across freight platforms (Capital Transport, Machship, Allied Express)
    Add and maintain items in NetSuite
    Update pricing sheets and product information
    Manage contacts in Zendesk CRM
    Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms
  3. Website & Digital Content (25%)
    Update website product pages, tech pages, images, and metadata
    Create and customize technical documentation (TechPage documents)
    Process and optimize product images (deep etching, background removal, upscaling)
    Update retailer pages and display sheets
    Manage digital assets in Cloudinary and Google Drive
  4. Creative & Marketing Support (10%)
    Design price tickets with QR codes using Adobe Illustrator
    Compile project presentations using Google Slides and Adobe tools
    Prepare merchant submission forms
    Upload images to Google My Business (monthly)
