We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to build and lead our sales efforts in the Australian outsourcing market.

This is where youll shine:

  • Make outbound telephone calls, follow-up calls, cold calling
  • Set appointments with Decision Makers (DM) for the CEO
  • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive-leads through the sales process by initiating appointments.
  • Perform follow-up activities
  • Conduct lead generation activities
  • Attend virtual meetings
  • Consistently log and record outreaches

What youll bring in:

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Excellent time management skills, knowledge and experience with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sound communication skills excellent English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and research skills
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Bubbly, outgoing personality
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Apollo, and Microsoft 365
  • At least 2 years solid experience in appointment setting/leads management or similar responsibilities
  • Familiarity with the Australian market/client base is a plus
