Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain industrial machines.
Produce precision tools.
Interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols.
Check that all equipment produced works correctly.
Utilizing skills and aptitudes to support a variety of production needs.
Working independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Beneficial Skills:

Manual milling experience (key seats, dovetails, slots, etc).
Manual lathe experience (turning, threading, tapers, etc).
Broach keyways.
Analyze and interpret drawings with GD+T.
Work within tight tolerances + -.0005.
Requirements:

Accurate use of measuring tools (inside and outside micrometers).
Good Interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills.
Physically capable of performing the duties of this position with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Valid class 5 drivers license.
