Heavy Duty Operator

We are currently seeking a Full-time Driver/Operator for our team in Brandon, Manitoba. The ideal candidate will have a Class 3 driver's license with a Brake Endorsement and experience with heavy construction equipment.

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Driver/Operator to join our team in Brandon, Manitoba. The successful candidate will have experience operating heavy construction equipment such as backhoes, track hoes, and loaders, along with a Class 3 driver's license with a Brake Endorsement.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport equipment to and from job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with a Brake Endorsement
• Experience operating heavy construction equipment, including backhoes, track hoes, and loaders
• Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to travel in Western Manitoba
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
