Farm Helper

Job Description:

Are you a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for farming? We are looking for a dedicated Farm Helper to join our team. As a Farm Helper, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the daily operations of our farm. Your duties will include driving a tractor, assisting with cattle, and other farm-related responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors.
• Assist with cattle management and care.
• Perform general farm tasks such as feeding animals, maintaining equipment, and cleaning facilities.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure the well-being of livestock and crops.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in farming or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to operate farm machinery and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
• Reliable and able to work flexible hours, especially during busy seasons.
• Valid drivers license (car provided by the owner if needed).

Working Hours:

• Regular Season: 5 days a week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Busy Season: 7 days a week, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage ($20 - $21 per hour).
• Housing provided at a rate of $600 per month.
