About the job Parts Associate
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Parts Associate.
Parts Associate duties to include:
-Assist customers in store or by phone or email, look up, source, and assist them to purchase the parts or supplies they require.
-Using Quick books online; billing to customers and receiving payments,
-receiving parts shipments, stocking shelves, creating inventory restocking lists as needed
-Assemble and create hydraulic hoses as required, based off customers sample hose or description (training provided)
-In season ag implement tire repair or replacement may also be required. (training provided)
- assist in keeping the store and office area clean and organized
Requirements:
-Be very thorough and punctual, have a good understanding of computers, internet and office programs.
-Be self-motivated and have a good team approach to work
-Applicant will have a reliable way to and from work, be available from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm as well as every third Saturday on rotation from 8 am to 12 pm. (Following Monday off when working Saturday)
-General Ag, highway truck and trailer and/or parts knowledge would be considered an asset.
-Quick books online experience considered an asset but not necessary (training provided)
-Own vehicle (available housing is a 15 min drive away)
Remuneration:
Pay will be provided bi-weekly with a starting range of $18.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.
After 100 days of employment our Flex save benefits plan, Family or Ind. would be available (more details on request)
1 week of holidays available after 200 days of employment or vacation pay paid each cheque.
