Job
responsibilities:
-Troubleshoot/inspect equipment to detect faults/malfunctions
-Adjust equipment to specifications, and repair or replace defective parts
-Keep maintenance records and documentation
-Order/purchase required parts and shop supplies
-Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work
-Maintain a tidy and organized work space
-Perform repair work on heavy trucks
-Service attachments and working tools
-Welding (electric arc and/or MIG) of steel components
-Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment and farm vehicles
Job requirements:
-The
ability and willingness to learn English
-Attention to detail and the ability to properly follow instructions given
-Must work well with and properly communicate with others in a team-setting
-Wear steel-toed safety boots and other PPE (based on task requirements)
-Physically demanding requiring bending, crouching and kneeling for extended periods of time. Also, requires manual dexterity and the ability to handle up to 100 lbs (45 kg).

Specific requirements:
Must have a valid Drivers License.
Preference will be given to candidates with basic knowledge of English. But willing to consider other candidates who have a remedial understanding of English.

Tools and shop supplies will be provided. Applicants are not required to bring their own.
