Drillers Helper

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Drillers Helper for immediate hire. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role supporting drilling operations both in the field and at our shop. A valid drivers license and relevant experience are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the driller at various job sites

• Load and unload tooling and heavy materials

• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance

• Drive long distances, sometimes with a trailer

• Perform shop and yard maintenance tasks

• Maintain inventory and organize tools and consumables

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Travel overnight for extended periods, including some weekends

Qualifications

• Valid drivers license (required)

• Must own a reliable vehicle (no public transportation available)

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and out of town

• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials

• Drilling experience is an asset

• First Aid, WHMIS, and other safety certifications are an asset

• Equipment operation and mechanical skills are a plus

• Must be punctual, hardworking, reliable, and a team player

• Successful candidates must pass a drug test, drivers abstract, and criminal record check
