Qualifications:

• Proven experience working in a BPO/MPO/outsourcing company (preferred).
• Experienced in leading and managing a team of 10+ members.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to bridge communication between clients, management, and internal teams.
• Assertive, adaptive, and communicative, with the ability to provide clear direction to the team without being overly rigid.
• Strong analytical thinking to support effective decision-making.
• Familiarity with payroll, employment contracts, BPJS (social security), and HR administration processes (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee data for payroll and administrative purposes.
• Handle the creation, renewal, and termination of employment contracts.
• Maintain employee documentation in compliance with company SOPs.
• Administer BPJS registration and deactivation for employees.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of employee attendance records.
• Act as a liaison between the company, clients, and operational teams.
• Provide support in resolving people-related or administrative issues that may arise.
