Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Fraud Management Specialist located in Greater Jakarta Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Fraud Management Specialist will be responsible for preventing fraud and chargebacks, conducting fraud investigations, and analyzing data to identify suspicious activities. Your Key
Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide case assistance until closure.
- Coordinate with police, labor unions, and other external stakeholders.
- Manage the recovery process for losses caused by fraud or incidents.
- Prepare detailed and timely investigation reports.
Qualifications:
- Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks experience
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate fraud risks
- Experience in Fraud Investigations
- Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams
- Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant experience in risk management or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Management, Criminologist, Psychology or related field is preferred
