Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for an Business Development Manager -HRIS. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, forecasting sales targets, evaluating market trends, and managing customer relationships specifically for our HRIS products. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the company's vision and values align with the sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities for HRIS products.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of the sales strategy with the company's vision and values.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals.
- Provide feedback and insights to product development teams to ensure the HRIS products meet customer needs.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 4-6 years as a Senior Business Development Specialist, preferably in the HRIS or related SaaS industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop and execute sales plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS products and their application in improving HR processes is a plus.
