Job Description:

As a Recruiter Lead at MyRobin, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, ensuring smooth end-to-end hiring processes, and developing strategies to attract top talent. You will play a key role in scaling our recruitment efforts and improving processes to meet the needs of our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and tools.
  • Build strong networks and pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is a plus.
