Job Description:
As a Recruiter Lead at MyRobin, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment team, ensuring smooth end-to-end hiring processes, and developing strategies to attract top talent. You will play a key role in scaling our recruitment efforts and improving processes to meet the needs of our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and tools.
- Build strong networks and pipelines of candidates for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing and leading a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience in staffing or high-volume recruitment is a plus.
