Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field, particularly in personnel administration management.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of regulations and rules related to BPJS Employment Insurance & Health Insurance.
- Capable of analyzing and evaluating administration reports of work accident claims.
- Proficiency in creating routine reports and evaluations (weekly and monthly) to monitor performance and progress.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented in performing administrative tasks and managing important documents.

- Supervising Mitra Support Team
- Ensuring Registration and Deactivation of BPJS Employment Insurance, Health Insurance & Workers Welfare Fund (BPU) for All Projects
- Checking Administration Reports of Work Accident Claims
- Ensuring the Process of Creating New Contracts and Extensions, as well as other Administrative Letters for All Projects
- Creating Weekly and Monthly Reports and Evaluations
