- Manage and coordinate various projects within the company, including identifying required resources, setting schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and take necessary preventive actions to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Serve as the main point of contact between different departments and project teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Collect data from various sources, analyze this information, and compile comprehensive reports to provide valuable insights to company management, including regular reports for BP.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of company operational processes and work with relevant departments to implement these improvements.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with projects and company operations, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Qualification
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, particularly in finance or venture capital scope, is desired.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Finance, or Computer Science, A Master's degree can be advantageous, but relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are required. The ability to communicate with various stakeholders, from team members to executive management, is crucial.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in using data analysis software and project management tools.
- Proven ability to get things done: Demonstrated track record of efficiently managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Ability to effectively manage time, multitask, and handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, facilitate collaboration, and build good relationships with various stakeholders both within and outside the company.
- Ability to think critically, identify problems, and develop innovative and effective solutions.
