Job Description:

MyRobin.ID one of the biggest on-demand, pre-screened blue-collar workers on a long and short-term basis platform in Indonesia is #hiring Key Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire sales pipeline journey from prospecting, generating leads, closing opportunities, to the customer onboarding process
  • Maintaining daily business with existing accounts, developing new opportunities, and growing the account
  • Developing & monitoring Sales Activities through reports & analyzing the market trends as well as customer behavior
  • Ensuring alignment between clients, commercial team, and operation team to be able to understand the business needs

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication, Business Development Background preferred.
  • Approximately 2-5 years relevant experience in Logistics, Marketing and Sales industry
  • Fluency in both Bahasa and English is required,
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently,
  • Good communication skill
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a proven ability to think innovatively and resourcefully to get the customer through to onboarding
  • Able to operate with Excel, Words, Powerpoint & work with Data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to build, maintain and leverage positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
