- Quickly respond to reported fraud cases.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations on reported fraud cases.
- Perform site visits, handle cases, resolve issues, and directly collect on cases where losses have been identified.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on both the progress and results of fraud handling.
- Analyze fraud data (history, trends, and potential risks).
- Coordinate and establish connections with law enforcement or relevant authorities to resolve fraud cases.
Requirements:
- More than 5-7 years of experience in Collections, specifically Field Collection, with average case values exceeding Rp15,000,000.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 8-10 members.
- Willingness and availability to travel across Indonesia as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with creativity in finding alternative solutions.
- Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in English communication.
