  • Quickly respond to reported fraud cases.
  • Conduct end-to-end investigations on reported fraud cases.
  • Perform site visits, handle cases, resolve issues, and directly collect on cases where losses have been identified.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on both the progress and results of fraud handling.
  • Analyze fraud data (history, trends, and potential risks).
  • Coordinate and establish connections with law enforcement or relevant authorities to resolve fraud cases.

Requirements:

  • More than 5-7 years of experience in Collections, specifically Field Collection, with average case values exceeding Rp15,000,000.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of 8-10 members.
  • Willingness and availability to travel across Indonesia as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with creativity in finding alternative solutions.
  • Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficient in English communication.
