About the job Area Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and strengthen distribution channels in respective regions.
  2. Execute company sales & marketing strategies with distributors and direct customers.
  3. Grow business and distribution in the local supermarket, local key account, mini market, provision and wholesaler channel.
  4. Liaise with company appointed distributors to maximize product availability.
  5. To built strong rapport with distributors and customers at trade.
  6. Manage and control trade returns within company guidelines.
  7. Conduct daily OVA (outlets visit audit) and submit report to HOS
  8. Conduct weekly meeting and briefing with distributor Reps to discuss day to day operation hiccups and solutions.
  9. To ensure distributors reps conduct regular visit to store, servicing customer and do merchandising work, FIFO at store according to company guideline.
  10. To ensure compliance of home shelf display and secondary display from time to time.
  11. To ensure timely set up within company guideline for any national promotion campaign and in store promotion.
  12. To take ownership and responsibility for food safety and its non-compliance challenges

Requirements:

  • Diploma or 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • At least 2 to 3 years) of working experience in sales functions and related to FMCG industry.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills, including written and verbal instruction.
  • Proficient in the use of personal computers to perform daily work.
