Technician (Automation)

Planning

• Perform daily technical job and task according to operational arrangement and ensure it meet product and company specifications.

Organizing

• Ensuring personal daily work schedule can meet the operation scheduling and planned targets.
• Execute production processes work flow, manage production schedules and ensure on time delivery.
• Maintain working environment according to the safety and 5S requirement at all time.
  
  

Leading

• To adhere strictly the production SOP at all times to ensure work efficiency with safety and quality compliances in operational function.

Staffing

• To provide technical guidance and advice to operator to ensure the adhere of assembly procedure.
  
  

Controlling

• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs to ensure the output meets internal quality standards and customer specifications.
  
  

General Responsibilities

• To ensure the confidentiality and security of all the company’s documentation and information.
• To attend training/refresher courses and meetings as required by the superior/department.
  
  

Standards and Policies

• To ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System within the department and in the team/project.
• To promote and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety and Welfare policies across company.
• To participate in all self-assessment and quality procedures required by company in order to implement the initiative needed to support the Vison, Mission and Objectives.
• To be committed and demonstrate all the required behavior to cultivate company’s culture as per the Values at all time.
  
  Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering field (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Automotive)
• Others Engineering field may be considered
• Ability to read n write English
• Good in Basic Math calculation
• Committed and Hardworking
• Willing to work in tight schedule environment
• Team player 
• Love Assembly work and thinker with your hand
• Love to solve problems
• Able to work in diversity environment

Benefits

• Basic Salary : RM1800 -RM2200
  Gross pay : RM2100 - RM4000 (All in)
