Pay is up to $20/hr to start for inexperienced hires during training process. Once training is completed, average inspectors typically earn $50-80K/year plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Energy inspections and testing of new residential homes (training provided)
- Review and analyze blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Support the construction management team in monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with contracts and specifications
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in construction processes and quality assurance

- Specialized skills/certifications needed:

• Construction or technical background preferred, but not required.
• Resnet certification preferred, but not required

No experience required.

Must pass background check, have valid drivers license, and own working vehicle.
