What do we do? We work with Federal Employees as their personal benefit specialists to help them better understand their employee benefits; from reading their paycheck stubs and understanding their deductions, their federal life insurance, pension amounts, when they can retire, and what to do with their federal 401k. In the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career stronger! We help people from day 1 of their federal employment through to retirement! Requirements:

  • ACTIVE Life Insurance License
  • No Vectors
  • No Delinquent Tax Debts

Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, including different types of coverage and policy terms
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools
