Fully remote work reporting to the client based in Hong Kong.
Must be able to Read and Write in Mandarin.
Speaking Cantonese will be an added advantage.
Job Description
Assisting the Company Secretary in managing all aspects of daily operations of the company secretarial function and other relevant statutory compliance for a portfolio of clients.
Prepare for clients all necessary company secretarial documents to effect any corporate changes e.g. board/shareholders minutes, appointment/resignation of directors, change of particulars of directors etc and prepare the prescribed forms to be filed to Hong Kong Company Registry and/or other relevant laws and regulations where appropriate.
Assisting Company Secretary in preparing invoices for clients.
Provide secretarial support for corporate exercise, including ensuring the accuracy of the information provided and compliance with the relevant statutory requirements.
Administrative Work:
Assume the role as the primary point of contact with external clients.
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages, and routing correspondence.
Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for electronic records.
Prepare quotation, PO, and invoice when needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Confidentiality.
Excellent attention to detail.
Basic bookkeeping and maths skills.
Education and Experience:
Diploma, Bachelor's degree or higher in Legal/ ICSA/ other related disciplines/ adequate experience in the Company Secretarial field.
Minimum 1-year experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in another secretarial position.
