The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Qualifications

Matric
-
Diploma in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (NQF 5 preferred)
6–8 years experience in warehouse supervision or warehouse management
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
-
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure stock is handled correctly
-
Manage stock levels and ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO)
-
Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts
-
Perform monthly stock counts and ensure all stock is accurately reconciled
-
Maintain adequate levels of small parts and packing materials
-
Compile and manage exception reports, including claims and stock rotations
-
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed in the warehouse
-
Log, investigate, and resolve customer complaints related to warehouse operations

Monitor stock levels at satellite locations and conduct stock counts when required
People Management

Supervise and support warehouse staff

Identify training needs and assist with staff development
-
Address performance concerns and implement improvement plans where necessary
-
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Skills and Knowledge

Good computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
-
Solid understanding of stock control principles such as FIFO, cycle counts, and reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and leadership skills

Ability to organise, plan, and prioritise work effectively

Willingness to travel to other sites if required
