Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
At least 2 years experience in similar role

Additional business-related qualification or certificate will be advantageous

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role would be beneficial
Exceptional good English language skills - verbal

Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic computer literacy (email, Microsoft Word, and general office systems)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Welcome and assist visitors and clients at reception

Take and relay messages to the relevant staff members

Maintain a neat and organised reception area

Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence or deliveries
Office bound role Monday to Friday 8h00 - 16h30
