Forecourt and Retail Manager x 3 (Northern Natal - various locations) Permanent

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in retail/supermarket and fuel operations
• Proven ability to lead and manage large, diverse teams
• Strong computer skills — MS Office, Excel, GSuite
• Familiarity with POS and operational platforms (e.g. ARCH, Winbranch or similar)
• Valid driver's licence
• Clear criminal record
• Experience in franchised QSRs, butchery, bakery or food service environments
• Exposure to major fuel brand operations
• Tertiary qualification or relevant industry certifications
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, extended shifts when required

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily operations across fuel, retail and food service
• Lead, develop and performance-manage a multi-disciplinary team
• Drive sales, GP and margin targets across all departments
• Control stock, shrinkage and inventory across all business units
• Ensure full compliance — franchise standards, hygiene, safety and labour law
• Manage HR/IR, rosters, payroll and wage costs
• Maintain accurate admin, cash-ups and operational reporting
• Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience
