Hospitality students (seasonal work) Contract Cape Winelands

MUST reside in 20km radius from Stellenbosch

Hospitality studentS or hospitality industry work experience 

• Grade 12
• Preferably 1- 2 years previous in hospitality
• Student of any hospitality qualification
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, public holidays, weekends)
• Excellent interpersonal- & communication skills
• Friendly demeanour & Outgoing personality
• Basic maths skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to cope under pressure
• Flexibility and Accountability

Main responsibilities:

• Set-up the station in the morning
• Customer service
• Assisting guests with their orders and making suggestions
• Maintaining cleanliness and appearance of the stand, by wiping down the stand in the morning and evening
• Sanitized work area
• Take inventory and place orders to maintain a functional stock of supplies 
• Store all ingredients in the relevant kitchens
• Operate card machine for payments
• Report to manager on duty with all transactions for the day, to process into the POS
