Retail Assistant Manager - Forecourt (Petroleum) Newcastle - Permanent

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Site Manager to support daily operations at a busy fuel and retail site in Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily site operations including the forecourt, retail shop, and QSR counter
• Manage stock control, ordering, receiving, and shrinkage (target below 2%)
• Conduct fuel dips, reconcile wetstock, and investigate variances
• Handle cash-ups, safe balances, till controls, and daily financial reporting
• Maintain brand and mystery shopper standards
• Train, lead, and support frontline staff
• Act as Site Manager when required

What You'll Need:

• Retail, FMCG, or petrol/forecourt management experience
• WinBranch system experience (strongly preferred)
• Strong numerical and financial skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must live in Newcastle or be willing to relocate
