Debrief clerk / Forklift Driver (Montaque Gardens) Permanent

Location: Blackheath Industria, Cape Town

We are looking for a Debriefing Clerk to support warehouse and transport operations by ensuring accurate debriefing of vehicles and correct handling of all related documentation.

Key duties include:

• Debriefing vehicles and reconciling trip sheets, PODs and purchase orders

• Checking documentation for accuracy, signatures and dates

• Capturing and maintaining accurate records on systems

• Assisting with driver and delivery-related queries

• Supporting receiving, dispatch, stock counts and housekeeping

• Reporting discrepancies, risks or non-compliance to management

• Working in line with health, safety and operational procedures

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12

• 3–4 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Basic knowledge of health and safety requirements

• Computer literate (MS Office); SAP experience advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Dangerous goods handling experience
