A well-established luxury hospitality and lifestyle destination in the Cape Winelands is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team with digital content, brand communication, and marketing administration.

This role is ideal for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys working with digital platforms, content creation, and coordinating marketing projects across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit and update marketing content across websites, social media, newsletters and press releases

  • Assist with the development of marketing and promotional materials

  • Update and manage website content using content management systems such as WordPress

  • Coordinate and organise digital image and video libraries

  • Create written content for articles, features, brochures and brand communications

  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and content planning

  • Support the design and creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, adverts and branded materials

  • Work with external designers and print suppliers to ensure deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver marketing and design requirements

  • Maintain and organise marketing assets on shared digital platforms

  • Manage stock and distribution of printed marketing materials across departments

  • Obtain supplier quotes and coordinate printing of marketing materials

  • Assist with media requests and communication with tourism and industry partners

  • Maintain and update marketing databases

  • Provide general support to the marketing leadership team on ongoing projects and campaigns

Requirements

  • Qualification in Marketing, Advertising or a related field

  • 2+ years experience in a marketing or marketing support role

  • Experience with graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms

  • Experience working with content management systems

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills

  • Good organisational and project coordination abilities

  • Strong computer literacy

  • Knowledge of basic web analytics will be advantageous

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work with multiple departments and manage competing priorities
