Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Up to 5 years experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

  • Good knowledge of quality systems and engineering processes.

  • Computer literacy (MS Office and related systems).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve quality assurance systems and procedures.

  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.

  • Maintain and update engineering and QA records.

  • Support and coordinate internal and external quality audits.

  • Investigate audit findings and implement corrective actions.

  • Review and improve inspection and quality control systems.

  • Analyse machine performance and identify process improvements.

  • Prepare technical and management reports.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and regulations.

  • Monitor costs and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality systems and ensure manufacturing processes meet required standards. The role involves analysing engineering data, improving processes, supporting audits, and helping ensure products meet customer and quality requirements.
