We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing and Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our marketing and administrative functions. This all-rounder role requires a hands-on individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  You will serve as the central point of contact for internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication, accurate administration, and efficient coordination of activities.  The role includes providing marketing support, assisting sales and customer service teams, and coordinating events, travel, and meetings. Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential to ensure processes run efficiently and company standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media content
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and manage quotes, orders, invoices, and reports
  • Provide administrative support to sales and customer service teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures

  • Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or sales administration role
  • Previous supervisory experience will be advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly MS Office and administrative systems
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
