Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support such as typing, filing, copying, and answering phone calls

  • Capture and update warehouse information accurately on the system (ERP/SAP)

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes when required

  • Order office supplies, refreshments, and small tools

  • Assist staff with queries and follow up on outstanding matters

  • Maintain proper document filing and record keeping

  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times

  • Report risks, losses, damages, or incidents to management

  • Assist with basic customer and employee queries when required

  • Support cost control by reducing waste, loss, and damage

Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Up to 2 years experience in an administration or clerical role

  • Branch admin support proven experience

  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage

  • MS Office Full suite

  • Basic experience with ERP or SAP systems is an advantage
