About the job Branch Administrator (Cape Town) Permanent
Key Responsibilities

Provide general office support such as typing, filing, copying, and answering phone calls

Capture and update warehouse information accurately on the system (ERP/SAP)

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes when required
-
Order office supplies, refreshments, and small tools
-
Assist staff with queries and follow up on outstanding matters
-
Maintain proper document filing and record keeping
-
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
-
Report risks, losses, damages, or incidents to management
-
Assist with basic customer and employee queries when required
-
Support cost control by reducing waste, loss, and damage
Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
Up to 2 years experience in an administration or clerical role
Branch admin support proven experience
-
Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is an advantage
MS Office Full suite
-
Basic experience with ERP or SAP systems is an advantage
