• 2 years' experience in a restaurant kitchen 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Enthusiastic, self-disciplined and adaptable
• Attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure

What you will do

• Carry out cleaning tasks quickly and to standard
• Wash pots, pans, crockery and cutlery
• Keep work surfaces, floors and walls clean and sanitised
• Prepare food and food production areas under the supervision of a skilled cook
• Unload deliveries and keep the storeroom organised
• Assist chefs and follow kitchen procedures and service standards
