Field Sales specialist (Durban) Permanent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. The role focuses on selling products and services, building strong customer relationships, and delivering consistently high levels of customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets within an assigned area. This position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Matric plus a Sales Certificate or similar qualification (NQF 5)

• Up to 3 years sales experience, ideally in retail or a related field

• Automotive parts sales experience will be advantageous

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good computer literacy (MS Office; ERP systems an advantage)

Key Duties

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities

• Meet and exceed sales targets and track performance

• Provide customers with product knowledge and stock support

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
