Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing:

  • Drive sales through strategic influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Identify and collaborate with key influencers in the DACH region to promote Parasym's products.

Public Relations:

  • Secure publications and media coverage in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and outlets.

Social Media:

  • Manage and grow Parasyms social media presence in the DACH region.
  • Create engaging content tailored to the local audience to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Website Translations:

  • Assist with translating and localizing Parasyms website content to ensure cultural relevance and accuracy.

Advertising:

  • Work closely with the ads team to develop and translate the best creatives for local campaigns.
  • Ensure all advertising materials are culturally and contextually appropriate for the DACH market.

Growth Activities:

  • Implement various activities and initiatives to boost sales growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Continuously explore new opportunities for market expansion and brand visibility.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the country-specific budget efficiently.
  • Allocate resources strategically to maximize ROI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales Performance:
    • Achieve and surpass sales targets for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Return on Marketing Investment:
    • Optimize marketing spend to ensure a high return on investment.
  • Conversion Rate:
    • Improve the conversion rate of Parasyms products in the DACH region.
  • Traffic:
    • Increase website and social media traffic from the DACH countries.
  • Influencer Activations:
    • Successfully activate and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • PR Activations:
    • Secure significant PR activations and media coverage in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and social media management, preferably within the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a results-oriented approach.
