Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, sales leader who has built and managed teams of Business Development Reps and Sales Development Reps in the Philippines. To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate experience in these areas, specifically outreach and selling to the USA market.
A successful candidate will have a strong background in sales outreach, cold calling, and cold emailing, as well as building and leading teams of others doing the same.
You will work alongside the founder of the business to formulate a go to market sales strategy that involves
Identifying and classifying target companies and prospects
Assigning and prioritizing targets inside Zoho CRM
Developing outreach strategies, scripts, and methods to reach and nurture prospects
Understanding and improving the sales intake process, including discovery calls, closing and contracting deals, and handing off to the delivery team
Recruiting and hiring BDRs and SDRs in the Philippines that will execute these strategies
Monitoring salespeople’s activity and performance
Reviewing salespeople’s performance and coaching them for improvement.
Please understand that our target market is business owners and leaders looking to hire and recruit talent to grow their businesses and improve profitability. It is a plus if you can demonstrate experience working in this area.
You will be working remotely for a US-based business with US-based clients, but you will be a part of a team located in the Philippines. This is a full-time role and requires you to commit all of your working time to this position and company.
Responsibilities
Building and managing a team of remote BDRs and SDRs
Build and maintain outreach processes, with the support and vision of the business owner and the sales operations / CRM admin team
Understand and improve our sales process
Help to recruit, screen, and onboard sales team
Maintain goals for the sales team, measure against those, and report to the business owner
Develop new sales strategies and test them within the team
Nurture and coach the sales team and encourage attrition for those who are underperforming
Develop a culture of friendly competition among the sales team
Develop documentation around the sales process
Demonstrate leadership, teamwork, collaboration, motivation, and accountability with remote work
Requirements
Strong English speaking, writing, and comprehension
Speak English clearly without a strong accent
5+ years working in a similar role
Experience using standard office and document processing software such as Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Zoho CRM experience is a plus
Strong internet connection and full remote work setup (monitor, strong computer, web camera, microphone or headset)
Working with the team live based on the USA time zone
