Role Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for making 500-1000 outbound calls daily to small business owners with existing websites who could benefit from our website services. Using CRM tools and a power dialer, the SDR will efficiently manage lead lists, qualify prospects, and facilitate live transfers to Account Executives for closing the deal.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Make 500-1000 outbound calls daily to small business owners.
  • Use CRM tools and a power dialer to streamline and expedite the calling process.
  • Assess prospects' needs and determine how our website services can meet those needs.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our services can add value.
  • Transfer interested prospects live to an Account Executive to finalize the sale.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume cold calling, ideally in a similar role.
  • Strong English speaking skills, with excellent fluency and clarity.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and power dialer tools.
  • Resilience and professionalism when facing rejection.

Compensation Details:

  • Starting pay: $6 USD per hour.
  • Opportunity to earn up to $1,000 USD in performance-based bonuses each month.
