Key Responsibilities
Marketing (50%)
Manage social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to boost brand presence.
Develop email marketing initiatives to engage potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to track trends, analyze competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate on marketing materials, including brochures and promotional content.
Monitor performance metrics and competitor activity to refine marketing strategies.
Business Development (50%)
Identify and engage potential clients, including property owners and managers.
Schedule and attend client meetings to present company services.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to expand networks.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business success.
Support junior sales staff and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Marketing:
Experience in marketing or a related role.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Business Development:
Proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong client engagement and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
Ability to manage relationships and drive new business.
