We're seeking a talented Full Stack Shopify Developer who is not only proficient in Shopify development but also has experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Key Responsibilities:

- **Shopify Development:**

- Customize and develop Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Implement new features and functionality to enhance the store's performance and user experience.

- Optimize site speed, ensure mobile responsiveness, and maintain high coding standards.

- **A/B Testing & CRO:**

- Design, implement, and run A/B tests to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.

- Analyze test results, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.

- Implement winning variations into the Shopify codebase to ensure seamless user experience improvements.

- **Front-End & Back-End Development:**

- Develop and maintain custom Shopify apps, scripts, and integrations using Shopify APIs.

- Work on both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (logic, data handling) aspects of the store.

- Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure that the store meets the business goals and delivers a great user experience.

- **Continuous Improvement:**

- Stay updated with the latest Shopify features and trends, and suggest improvements.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in Shopify development, with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.

- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and understanding of CRO principles.

- Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js).

- Technical Skills:

- Solid understanding of Shopify's architecture and APIs.

- Ability to develop custom Shopify apps and themes.

- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with e-commerce teams and understanding the nuances of online retail.

- Familiarity with additional tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate: **Eastern Europe**: $40 - $60/hour; **Philippines**: $25 - $40/hour, depending on experience.
