Responsibilities:
Greet potential residents and qualify them by asking pertinent questions and utilizing guest cards.
Accurately document all communications and visits in designated reports.
Organize and manage guest cards according to standard procedures.
Conduct informative tours of the property and model units, tailoring the presentation to meet the needs of prospective clients.
Guide prospects through the application process and secure deposits in line with company protocols and Fair Housing laws.
Update availability reports, process applications for credit and rental history, and present them to the Community Manager for approval, ensuring timely follow-up with applicants.
Ensure readiness of apartments for resident move-ins on specified dates.
Provide a welcoming orientation to new residents within the community.
Track lease renewals and manage the distribution and follow-up of renewal notices.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Competent in using telephone systems, personal computers, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook.
A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a smile in all circumstances.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
At least two years of experience in leasing is preferred.
