Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Demo Booking Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing clients, scheduling appointments for our Inside Sales Demo Specialists, and ensuring a steady flow of sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing clients using a provided list to schedule product demo appointments.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and assess their interest in our solutions.
- Qualify clients and ensure appointments are set with decision-makers.
- Coordinate and schedule demo appointments with Inside Sales Demo Specialists.
- Update CRM systems with accurate details on calls, interactions, and appointments.
- Follow up with clients to confirm scheduled demo times and reschedule as necessary.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly booking targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in appointment setting, customer-facing roles, or sales.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections, persuade, and negotiate effectively.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing time efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
