- Manage operational budgets to align with financial goals, driving cost-effective solutions while maintaining superior quality.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and internal guidelines governing property operations.
Team Leadership:
- Cultivate a high-performing team culture by mentoring, coaching, and developing staff members.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to align objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Define and track performance indicators, offering actionable feedback and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition to ensure alignment with community standards and values.
Resident Engagement:
- Build trusted relationships with residents, ensuring a proactive approach to addressing their needs and concerns.
- Design and execute upscale community events and programs that foster connection and enhance the resident experience.
- Oversee property presentation to maintain a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment.
- Partner with local businesses and vendors to curate exclusive experiences and services for residents.
Marketing and Growth Strategy:
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns targeting prospective residents, leveraging digital platforms and local partnerships.
- Build strategic relationships within the local community to elevate the visibility and reputation of the property.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury housing sector.
Candidate Profile:
- A strong background in residential or hospitality operations, with experience in high-end properties preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with property management platforms and tools, as well as Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality in all operations.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not required.
