Team Leadership:

  • Facilitate regular team meetings to align objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Define and track performance indicators, offering actionable feedback and opportunities for growth.

Resident Engagement:

Candidate Profile:

  • A strong background in residential or hospitality operations, with experience in high-end properties preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver measurable results.
  • Proficiency with property management platforms and tools, as well as Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality in all operations.
