Were looking for an experienced MRI Technologist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Boston, MA for a 3-month contract role. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality imaging and ensuring exceptional patient care, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Performing accurate and high-quality MRI scans in a clinical setting.

  • Reviewing patient histories and screening for safety concerns (e.g. pacemakers, metal implants).

  • Explaining procedures and helping patients feel comfortable and relaxed.

  • Administering contrast agents when needed and following all safety protocols.

  • Working closely with physicians and radiologists to ensure precise imaging.

  • Monitoring and maintaining MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Assisting with onboarding and mentoring of junior MRI staff.

  • Keeping detailed documentation of findings and reporting any issues or abnormalities.

What Were Looking For:

  • ARRT certification (MRI or Radiologic Technology)

  • BLS certification (required)

  • Previous experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinic setting

  • Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and procedures

  • Clear communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach

  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Points For:

  • ARMRIT certification

  • Advanced or specialized MRI training

  • Experience in high-volume or emergency settings
