Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations

Develop and manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

Prescribe medications and therapies, following established guidelines

Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and medical documentation

Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive practices

Assist with therapeutic procedures and patient care management

Work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan

Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field

Preferred 2-5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
