Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pain and Addiction Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential behavioral health services to individuals coping with chronic pain and addiction, supporting them on their path to recovery. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and help them achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health and substance use disorders.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to aid patient recovery.

Track patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on addiction, pain management, and mental health to foster understanding and support.

Partner with other healthcare providers to deliver seamless, coordinated care for each patient.

Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

Active licensure or certification as a psychologist, social worker, counselor, or therapist.

Specialized training or experience in pain management and addiction treatment.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
