IT Support Analyst

Position: IT Support Analyst

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Systems or 5+ years of relevant experience.

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret Level Security Clearance.

Familiarity with DCSA, ITAR, CUI handling, and CMMC certification is preferred.

Use and support tools such as Epicor Kinetic (ERP) and Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft GCC High tenant preferred).

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Document user requests, problems, and solutions.

Perform diagnostics, software installations, and system configurations.

Manage help desk requests and track issue resolution.

Support network equipment, backup systems, and remote user tools.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android).

Experience with Office 365, network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls), and Active Directory/Azure.

Ability to support remote users and troubleshoot a variety of computing issues.

Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
