We are seeking a Clinical Support and Patient Experience Specialist trained as a doctor. The perfect candidate will have experience in customer/support facing roles, particularly in mental health, immunology, or cardiovascular disease. This remote position is based in the Philippines and offers potential growth into advanced roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Provide outstanding patient support via Zendesk, chat or phone consults.
- Technical Mastery: Learn and master tools such as Zendesk and internal CRMs to deliver accurate and timely responses to patient inquiries.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to learn and implement technical solutions that enhance patient support processes.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving support workflows and overall patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must hold an MD or equivalent medical qualification.
- Experience in functional medicine, nervous system, or neurotechnology.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret medical research.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate patient needs.
- Registered and licensed to practice in the Philippines.
