Talent Acquisition Lead

 Job Description:

Key roles and responsibilities:

Principal Responsibilities

Primary responsibility will include managing internal external Stakeholder experience Candidate experience and undertake Market Mapping initiatives

Driving and ensuring fulfillment within SLA

Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

Lead employment branding initiatives

Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Contribute towards system and process improvements

Develop a recruitment strategy for filling each position including the effective and efficient use of social media to attract and obtain talent leads

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for the function

Secondary Accountabilities

Knowledge of Human Resources Principals and practices exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Customer focus is critical must be able to build effective relationship within and across the organization

Strong experience working with applicant tracking system

Effective time management analytical organizational and follow up skills Ability and willingness to handle multiple priorities

Tracking infant attrition

 Salary Package:

¥ 10,000,000.00 - 13,500,000.00 (Japanese Yen)

 Package Details:

Budget: 10-13.5M JPY p.a. (includes variable of 8% approx)
