Referral Terms and Conditions

By submitting a referral for candidates ("Referrer") to My Hire Solutions ("the Company"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a referral.
1. Eligibility for Referral
To participate in the referral program, you must:
- Be a registered Referrer of My Hire Solutions.
- Not refer individuals who have already applied or been previously contacted by My Hire Solutions regarding any current job openings.
- Ensure that all information provided about the candidate is truthful, accurate, and complete.
2. Referral Process
- Submission of Referrals: To refer a candidate, you must submit their full name, contact details, and any other relevant information (e.g., CV, cover letter, work experience) through the designated platform or email.
- Accuracy of Information: The Referrer agrees to provide truthful and accurate information about the candidate. Misleading or false information may result in disqualification from the referral program.
- Referral Tracking: Referrals will be tracked internally by My Hire Solutions. It is the Referrer's responsibility to ensure the referral is properly submitted and confirmed.
3. Referral Bonus
- Bonus Payment: My Hire Solutions offers a 5,000 THB one-time bonus payment for any successful candidate referred to us who is placed in a job with a client through our services.
- Eligibility for Bonus: To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must meet the following criteria:
- The candidate must not already be in our CRM system or have been previously contacted by My Hire Solutions in the past 3 years.
- The referred candidate must successfully be placed in a job with a hiring company through My Hire Solutions.
- Payment Timing: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred candidate has passed the probation period at their new company. The payment will be made on the last working day of the month in which the probation period is successfully completed.
4. Confidentiality
- Confidential Information: The Referrer agrees to keep all information related to candidates confidential. This includes personal data and any other proprietary information provided by the candidate or My Hire Solutions.
- Data Protection: My Hire Solutions collects and processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand. Your referred candidates' personal data will be used solely for recruitment purposes and shared only internally within the company. The company will not share data with external companies.
5. Use of Personal Data
- Data Collection: The personal data of candidates referred will be collected for recruitment purposes only, including contacting them, assessing their suitability for job roles, and processing their application.
- Internal Sharing: Candidate data will be shared within My Hire Solutions’s internal departments to match the referral with job opportunities. Data will not be shared with external third parties unless necessary for recruitment purposes with the employer.
- Retention of Data: My Hire Solutions retains candidate data indefinitely for recruitment purposes. Referrers may request to access, correct, or delete personal data by contacting info@myhiresolutions.com.
6. No Guarantee of Employment
- No Guarantee of Placement: Referrers understand that referring a candidate does not guarantee that the candidate will be selected for an interview or hired. My Hire Solutions acts as an intermediary and may not offer employment to every referred candidate.
- No Employment Relationship: Referrers acknowledge that My Hire Solutions does not establish an employment relationship between the Referrer and the candidate or the hiring company.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- No Liability for External Sharing: My Hire Solutions is not responsible for how referred candidates’ information is handled once shared with potential employers. It is the responsibility of the employer to handle candidate data in compliance with their own privacy policies.
- No Liability for Errors or Delays: My Hire Solutions is not liable for any errors, omissions, or delays in the referral process or for the failure of any referred candidate to be hired.
8. Termination and Disqualification
- Right to Disqualify: My Hire Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer who violates these Terms and Conditions, provides misleading or false information, or engages in fraudulent activities.
- Termination of Referral Program: My Hire Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
My Hire Solutions reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Referral Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is the Referrer's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
10. Governing Law
These Referral Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
