As an Air Freight Sales Executive with our company, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. Your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute strategic sales plans in line with our corporate objectives.
This entails proactively identifying new business opportunities through a deep understanding of industry trends and customer needs, particularly in the air freight sector. Your success will hinge on your ability to cultivate strong relationships with prospects and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies that are in sync with Mainfreight's overarching goals.
Identify Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint potential customers and tailor our services to meet their needs effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients, offering tailored logistics solutions that enhance their supply chain operations, with a focus on air freight services.
Sales Performance: Meet or surpass sales targets by effectively promoting air freight solutions and adapting strategies to ensure success.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective business objectives, sharing insights and providing support as needed.
Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments and service enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, particularly within the air freight and logistics sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Mainsales) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Demonstrated self-motivation and a history of exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Familiarity with international trade regulations.
