Executive Field Sales Executive - Freight Forwarding  (Mandarin Speaking - 2+ Years Experience)

Our client, a leading multinational Freight Forwarding company renowned for its commitment to quality, is seeking an experienced Freight Sales Executive to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling air, sea, land, and trucking services to Chinese customers within Thailand and be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Thai.

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and build lasting relationships with clients to exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
• Identify business opportunities through market analysis and tailored customer solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Chinese clients, promoting air, sea, land, and trucking services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, particularly in selling air, sea, land, and trucking solutions to Chinese customers.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Thai.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
